This is a nifty little stainless steel vent diffuser for your car vent (we affectionately call them 'caromas') - a breeze to use and both cute and functional. Perfect to enjoy pure plant aromas in the car (or other small spaces), combatting doggie smells or anytime you need to unwind and relax. 

There's no need to worry about spilling essential oil over your car. These beautiful Lotus Flower diffusers are made to use with a highly absorbent pad that fits snugly inside. Simply open the magnetic diffuser lid, add about 10 drops of essential oil to the pad inside, close and clip onto the vent. The car fan blows air through the diffuser holes.

You could also choose singles such as BLOOD ORANGE, GRAPEFRUIT, MAY CHANG, LEMON MYRTLE, or LEMON. For those wanting something to calm the kids, perhaps WELCOME HOME, or PEACE. For something a little more floral, what about RADIANCE, WELCOME HOME, OR CABLE BEACH SUNSET? And the latter evokes that tropical holiday feel of Broome, for those who miss it terribly. It is our all time most popular blend and we are honoured to hear it referred to so often as "the smell of Broome"!

Cleaner’s Joy – Spirits of Orange Pure Cleaning Concentrate

Embrace a cleaner, fresher home without harsh chemicals using Cleaner’s Joy, a pure, biodegradable concentrate made from citrus rinds.

Cleaner's Joy is D'Limonene, sometimes known as 'Spirits of Orange', an entirely natural biodegradable product made from citrus rinds. It's a clear concentrated fluid. Think of it as orange essential oil with the orange colour and any pulp taken out.  

Hidden Valley is keen to limit the use of toxic chemicals in the home, and recommends the use of simple old fashioned cleaners such as vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, beeswax and D'limonene.

Used neat it is a fabulous solvent for anything sticky such as glues and gums, and is a direct safer substitute for other organic solvents. We like to add a few drops to the water used to clean tile floors and various surfaces. It is non-reactive on metal surfaces. And it smells wonderful! Just like oranges.

What is Cleaner’s Joy used for?
A natural, concentrated cleaning agent made from citrus rind—ideal for degreasing, refreshing, and cleaning surfaces without harsh toxins.

How do I use it?
Add a few drops to water or your favourite cleaning base. Shake or swirl to mix, then apply as needed for surfaces or bathroom cleaning.

Is it safe to use around children and pets?
When properly diluted, yes. Just avoid direct spray contact with eyes or ingestion of course. 

Is this fragrance oil or detergent?
Neither—it's a powerful, pure citrus cleaning concentrate (D-Limonene) suitable for DIY natural cleaners.

Is it eco-friendly?
Absolutely—biodegradable, plant-based, and completely free from synthetic chemicals.

We sell polysorbate 20, a solubuliser for mists, room & linen sprays and dissolving essential oils in water. This is an innocuous product which makes sprays really easy to make for yourself.

For Room Sprays:

Choose your essential oil or essential oil blend and find a spray bottle (eg. from Bunnings, we also sell one here) mix really well with equal or up to 3 times as much quantity of solubuliser, then add water.

For example, for a 2.5% room spray in 100ml spray container, add 2.5mls (50 drops or 1/2 teaspoon) essential oil plus 2.5-7.5mls solubuliser (we would add 5 mls).  Mix really well, then top up with filtered water. Different essential oils require different amounts of solubuliser to turn the solution clear.  If you dont mind your spray looking a little milky, then the amount of solubuliser doesn't matter. The key thing is to mix essential oil & solubuliser VERY WELL before adding water.
