This carefully crafted blend combines the therapeutic properties of natural essential oils to support hormonal harmony and emotional well-being.

• Bergamot (bergapten free) – An uplifting sedative that treats anxiety and nervous tension.

• Grapefruit – Known for its uplifting and anti-depressant properties, it also acts as a lymphatic stimulant and aids in treating water retention.

• Lavender – A calming agent that alleviates stress, depression, and anxiety; beneficial for period pain.

• Geranium – Regulates hormones and the nervous system; useful for PMS and menopausal issues such as depression and heavy periods.

• Clary Sage – An analgesic that eases pain, regulates periods and cramping, and promotes estrogen production.

• Sweet Fennel – Helps regulate the menstrual cycle and balance fluctuating hormone levels during menopause.

• Roman Chamomile – Calming and anti-spasmodic, useful for irregular periods and PMT, helps combat anxiety and emotional tension.

• Rose (pure Rosa Damascena) – Harmonising and anti-depressive, soothes anxiety, comforts the heart, and is used extensively for gynaecological conditions. (eg. regulating hormones, infertility, relieving menstrual cramps, regulating menstruation, strengthening the uterus).

🌸 Usage Instructions

Use 5–8 drops in a diffuser or in the bath, or in 20ml massage oil for tummy and lower back, or in a hot compress.

This blend is found in our Magdalena Pulse Point Roller - perfect for finding balance, nurturing and uplifting at moon times, PMT or menopause.

NOT TO BE USED DURING PREGNANCY (due to clary sage being a uterine relaxant).

We produced the essential oil blend and then made a lovely mist as well (see Soulace Pure Essential Oil Room Spray) to disperse it quickly throughout a room. The essential oils are all skin friendly, so the spray is also lovely as a mist for the face and body.
