Lavender - sedative and analgesic, anti spasmodic, alleviates stress, depression & anxiety. Good for period pain.
Geranium - regulatory effect on hormones & nervous system. Useful for PMS & menopausal problems such as depression and heavy periods, and relieves fluid retention.
Clary Sage - analgesic, helps with pain, is a uterine tonic, eases PMT, regulates periods and cramping, promotes oestrogen.
Sweet Fennel - oestrogenic, helps regulate menstural cycle and balance fluctuating hormone levels during menopause.
Roman Chamomile - calming, anti-spasmodic & analgesic, useful for irregular periods and PMT, helps combat anxiety & emotional tension.
Rose (pure Rosa Damascena) - harmonizing, anti-depressive, soothes anxiety, comforts the heart. Used extensively for gynaecological conditions eg. regulating hormones, infertility, relieving menstrual cramps, regulating menstruation, strengthening the uterus.
