Mix 1 teaspoon to a paste in a small mixing bowl with milk, water or rosewater. Add a few drops of oil if skin is very dry. Gently massage in and rinse clean. To complete the totally natural (non-synthetic) skin care regime, we suggest you follow cleansing with either a few drops of Rejuvenate 2 Toning & Treatment Serum, or organic Rosewater. Or you can make your own more stimulating toner by mixing witch hazel with some lemongrass or rosemary tea (keep up to a few days in the fridge). Most Kapha skin doesn't require moisturising, but if you wish, choose a gentle light moisturiser such as our Organic Rejuvenate Moisturiser, or just a few drops of jojoba oil.
