Clean Face is a mild but effective foaming cleanser for normal, oily or troubled skin. We are reluctant to make foaming cleansers for the face, since most of them strip oil from the skin and result in even more oiliness. However, we have made this one with mild and naturally derived surfactants (foaming detergents) and have added lots of emollients and sucrose cocoate, a naturally derived product which helps avoid stripping the lipid layer. You can feel the soft cushiony effect after using this cleanser - the face is not pitted and stripped, just well cleansed. The essential oils are chosen to gently disinfect and soothe troubled skin. However, even people with dry skin enjoy using this cleanser.

Long term use of cheap shampoos leads to dry, scaly, itchy scalp and dry lustreless hair. Revitalise the hair & scalp with this treatment which is also helpful for eczema and psoriasis sufferers.

We infused Australian macadamia oil with skin soothing herbs such as calendula, chamomile, chickweed, elderflower, burdock, mallow and yarrow, then added some other lovely oils, lots of Vitamin E, and pure essential oils.

Apply a tablespoon or two, depending on hair length, to scalp, massage well and comb through hair. Leave on as long as possible (plan this for a day at home). If leaving on overnight, put a shower cap on to protect sheets. In cold weather, wrap a warmed towel over the shower cap to facilitate penetration of the herbs and oils. Shampoo off and condition as usual.

Our radical solution to combat the plague proportions of mozzies which can make life difficult in the Kimberley from February to May, at the end of the Wet and, of course, for similar conditions throughout Australia at various times. We wanted a large quantity natural but effective Pestoff trigger spray which can be kept at the front door and easily applied all over whenever gardening, building and other outdoor activities are sabotaged by clouds of mozzies. So here it is:

An all-natural herbal, neem and essential oil spray concentrate to discourage bites, in tropical strength. And feedback is unanimous that it works! The critters buzz around, but won't land on sprayed skin. We made a concentrate in a 100ml glass bottle which can easily be sent by mail order. You don't pay the freight for water. This concentrate makes up 500ml of spray. You can either purchase the empty good quality trigger spray bottle from us or buy your own from a hardware or gardening store.

Simply pour the 100ml concentrate into your 500ml bottle, top up with water, shake well and use. If your bottle holds less, use 1 part concentrate to every 4 parts water (eg. 20ml or 1 tablespoon concentrate plus 80ml water for a 100ml bottle).

Our highly successful Pestoff Concentrate made into a smaller 125ml spray version for normal use or a 500ml trigger spray for heavy use requirements. 

A completely natural herbal spray designed to deter insects. It contains no DEET but has 3 active ingredient types - a local plant extract used traditionally to deter insects, neem oil (a natural insecticide) and proven insect deterring essential oils. It works perfectly well if used properly - it needs to be applied to all exposed skin and re-applied every 2 - 3 hours.

Use sparingly on children under 3 years as this spray contains 3% essential oils.  Some customers have told us anecdotally that Pestoff works if diluted again by half, so we suggest trying this on young children. How to use the Rejuvenate Pack of 3 Range

1) Cleanser/Exfoliant

Mix a spoon or two of Ubtan powder in the bowl with water, milk, rosewater, or even a few drops of oil if the face is very dry. Apply to damp face and neck and gently massage in.  Rinse clean. Remember not to drag the skin.

How to Use

Apply liberally and evenly to exposed skin before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming—this is not completely waterproof. Because of the tint, SkinSmart can double as a natural foundation. For full sun-days, consider adding a thicker zinc cream on high-exposure areas like the nose.

1. Is SkinSmart safe for babies?
Yes—SkinSmart is formulated with non-irritating, natural ingredients and non-micronised zinc oxide, making it gentle enough for even young children and delicate skin. To date we have never encountered anyone sensitive to this product, including very young children. It is the best we can do to provide a completely natural, non chemical sunscreen.

2. Can it replace my sunscreen and foundation?
Absolutely! This tinted lotion protects skin from UVA/UVB rays while delivering a light, natural coverage—you can skip both your sunscreen and foundation.

3. Is SkinSmart water-resistant or waterproof?
While SkinSmart offers effective broad-spectrum sun protection, it’s not completely waterproof—reapply after swimming or heavy sweating for continued coverage. Great for all over protection but you might want to add the old fashioned thick zinc cream on your nose if you are in the sun all day.

SkinSmart is handcrafted in small batches to ensure each lotion is fresh, potent, and made with highest quality botanical ingredients—never mass-produced.

Did you stop making SkinSmart before? Yes, back by public demand after we stopped making this very complex and messy-to-make product! It requires ALL our pots and the zinc is immensely difficult to clean off! Worth it!

How to use

Yes. Super Serum is made with gentle, natural ingredients and soothing botanicals such as aloe vera, chamomile, and calendula, making it suitable for sensitive, mature, or dry skin types.

Can I use Super Serum every day?
Absolutely. For best results, apply 1–2 pumps to cleansed skin morning and/or evening before your moisturiser or facial oil.
